Laura Davis
“I have always had the desire to help people and I am lucky enough to be able to do that in my profession as well as in life.”
- Laura Davis, Director of Operations
Laura brings nearly two decades of experience in the third-party fertility field, offering a unique perspective on the intricate world of family-building. As a devoted wife and mother of two, Laura's profound desire to extend the gift of parenthood to others led her to embark on a journey as an egg donor and subsequently as a surrogate. Her passion for this noble endeavor propelled her to seek employment within the field. She served as a surrogate case manager for many years with West Coast Surrogacy, later as the Program Director of West Coast Egg Donation, and now the Director of Operations at West Coast Surrogacy. In her current role, Laura thrives on the daily opportunity to collaborate with our team to best support our surrogates and intended parents, guiding them through their transformative journeys with enthusiasm and expertise.
Beyond her professional endeavors with WCS, Laura's commitment to helping others extends far and wide. She has served as a job coach for high school students, empowering them with essential skills for post-graduation success. Additionally, Laura has dedicated numerous years to supporting HIV+ ex-offenders in their reintegration into society, assisting them in accessing vital resources such as housing, medical care, and support services.
Laura treasures the enriching experiences she gains with each surrogacy match, finding immense fulfillment in her role of contributing to the creation of families, both personally and professionally.
Born and raised in Long Beach, CA, Laura graduated from CSU Fullerton with a BA in Psychology.
